I was born and grew up in Kalavryta, Greece. A place with a magnificent wealth of tradition & history in various subjects like art, science and cooking. Having a rich set of experiences in fields like hospitality, farming & collecting organic herbs, fruits & other goods, I think that Cooking was engraved in my DNA from the beginning of my life.
When I moved to Dubai in 2015, my biggest vision was to represent the Greek and Mediterranean culinary experiences to as many people & as far as I could. But, in order to achieve that goal, I needed some Space.
