– specifically to Sri Lanka – is because of my team. 

Having been raised in this magical place, I wanted to learn firsthand the way in which people there work, think, eat and generally live . . .

I firmly believe that one of the best & effective ways for a team to work in an ideal harmony & optimal collaboration is through knowing the culture of your partners. 

Our trip to Sri Lanka successfully fulfilled this necessary need.
