As I usually like to say, I firmly believe that one of the most defining factors that separate individuals who succeed in Life from those who do not, is the great ability of the former to apply their vision in the clearest way & the capacity to impart their insights to those who matter the most.
I was born and grew up in Kalavryta, Greece. A place with a magnificent wealth of tradition & history in various subjects like art, science and cooking. Having a rich set of experiences in fields like hospitality, farming & collecting organic herbs, fruits & other goods, I think that Cooking was engraved in my DNA from the beginning of my life.
When I moved to Dubai in 2015, my biggest vision was to represent the Greek and Mediterranean culinary experiences to as many people & as far as I could. But, in order to achieve that goal, I needed some Space. That was the the time that I conceived & created the Warehouse by Chef Sperxos
Warehouse is the multispace that allows me to concentrate, conceptualize and build my strategy in order to communicate my vision and make it come to reality. The space where I am applying all of my new ideas & Greek inspired insights – materializing them in real, unique culinary experiences & recipes. The space that allows me to express my creativity and love for Mediterranean cuisine through every plate I create.

Dine in
Dine in restaurant is a very special place created with one specific purpose in my mind:
That of giving its selected guests a “real” taste of the mystery as well a glimpse into what it means to live a “Unique & Exclusive culinary experience”. With the Warehouse Dine in, my team & I aim to provide an exclusive, fine dine culinary experience to people who love discovering new flavors. Centered in a beautiful environment that brings images of homemade kitchen to a visitor’s mind, our guests have the opportunity to be the first to taste our new recipes, conceptualized & created every single day.
I always believed that one of the most important defining factors for fine dining restaurants to be regarded as top of the class, is to retain the essence of exclusiveness. Having said that, we have purposefully defined a maximum capacity of 25 guests in our premises. Dine in restaurant is the ideal place for friends & families. So, do you feel like enjoying the idea of meeting with your beloved friends, relatives or even business partners in order to taste my awarded as well as brand new dishes in a cozy environment? On that occasion, you had better try visiting Dine in restaurant.
Delivery &/Or Take out
Some people love being outside enjoying the most delicious food in exquisite environments. On the other hand, there is another group of people who prefer to have those delectable recipes delivered to their place. In order to delight & fully satisfy that specific group of people, I created the Warehouse Delivery.
By using exclusively unique, high quality, organic products from Greece & Mediterranean region, I create my Greek inspired recipes for people who love to savor luscious food from the comfort of their sweet home. Warehouse Delivery is the final result of my desire to take Greek street food and transform it into a fine dining experience. Consisted by a small menu with signature greek recipes like Souvlaki wraps, people have the opportunity to order & taste special food in the comfort of their own space
High end Production TV Studio
Warehouse’s high end production studio is the final result of a lifelong dream that has always occupied my mind since the time when I, as a kid, was watching celebrity chefs showing their recipes & plates on TV.
On a later stage, I realized that one of the most effective ways to brainstorm on different cooking methods, recipes or ingredients was to record my ideas, thought process & execution of my dishes. So, I slowly began filming myself cooking recipes in my small kitchen.
That resulted in seeing the idea of filming & production as a way of relaxing and nurturing my creativity. I could even admit that this activity works like psychotherapy, especially during challenging times like when the world seemed to stop due to covid-19.
Today, my High end Production TV Studio is the way that I use to communicate some of my secrets on Cooking & impart my passion for this art into the new generations.
I love this project so much that I have already conceptualized the idea of providing Cooking lessons to aspiring chefs in order to become the best version of themselves.
It is beyond any doubt that behind every single huge success, there is always a “hidden”, unseen collection of people, activities & procedures that drives to the final result. It is in this unpublished set where the initial roots are being created and the success is gradually realized in little forwarding steps.
Kitchen Lab is an invaluable place behind the scenes. It is a space inside the generic space where all the magic takes place and the plates & beverages are being prepared just for you. I am proud to say that the Main Kitchen of Warehouse is like a well organized “orchestra” behind the scrim. A fine tuned establishment that brings together 25 specialized chefs from more than 15 different countries – from Laos to Spain – who work hard in order to prepare the most delicious recipes for our guests.
It is pretty clear that without the hard work taking place in the Back end, none of all the other compartments would exist
