As I always like to say. . . Cooking is an Art for me. As we all know, if you want to discover & realize the best version of your inner creativity and artistry, you need some sort of motivation. My team & I found that motivation in traveling. By visiting many different countries, cities & small villages, we discovered that learning about various cultures and cooking methodologies by living & talking with the natives of every place, is an exciting as well as an excellent way of becoming better. Is there a better way for a chef to skyrocket their work other than importing high quality products from the places that they have visited and “tasted”? Probably not!
In the same context, is there a more powerful way of exporting your country’s cooking techniques & tradition other than exporting the highest quality products that your place produces to countries you are visiting? We believe there is not. .
Traveling enables my team & I to teach the natives of every single place we have been to what it means to cook & eat Mediterranean cuisine as well as learning from those people their culture & culinary methods. It was from this amalgam that we are able to conceptualize & create unique techniques, tastes & dishes . . .
